Charles R Ball, 82, of Kenova passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 30, 2015 at Rollins Funeral Home with Pastor Randall Robertson officiating. Friends may call from 1-2 P.M. Monday, March 30, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens in Huntington. Charles was born April 15, 1932 in Kenova, a son of the late Frank and Bessie Hulett Ball. He was a retired foreman from ACF Industries and a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy from 1952-1956. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 7 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include his beloved wife Peggy Holland Ball; three sons and daughters-in-law Ray and Debbie Ball of Kenova, Rick and Shelley Ball of Kenova and Andy and Stephanie Ball of Greenville, S.C.: Grandchildren Matt (Eva) Ball, Michelle (John) Epling, Jonathan (Dorinda) Ball, Christopher (Tricia) Ball, Kara and Rachael Ball. and 6 great-grandchildren.
